Requests are reviewed before any deposit is collected.
Submitting a request does not reserve the date. If I can take the booking, I’ll approve it, send the final quote, and send a deposit invoice. The remaining balance is invoiced after the event.
Whether a deposit is refunded after a cancellation is handled at my discretion based on the circumstances.
If I can’t make the requested date, I’ll decline the request and let you know so you can request another date or contact me directly.
